PLATFORM

From first sketch to delivered room.

One governed process for hotel FF&E, from specification to delivery. Every company on the project works inside it, and the AI your teams already use is connected to it.

THE PROCESS

The six steps, in full

  1. 01

    Design

    Structure once, specify against it.

Floors, room types and public areas are described once. Every spec carries its drawings, finishes and quantity rule, and starts from your standards library.

    Who: architect, interior designer.

  2. 02

    Source

Ask the market inside the project.

One RFQ per manufacturer. Offers come back through their own portal, with cost, price tiers, validity, lead time, freight terms, shop drawings and QC reports, side by side on the item.

    Who: purchasing firm, manufacturers.

  3. 03

    Approve

Three approvals that can’t be confused.

The designer approves the design, the owner or brand approves as the client, purchasing approves the cost. An item can be purchased only when all three line up.

Who: design firm, owner or brand, purchasing.

  4. 04

    Sell

Quote the owner from approved data.

Estimates and sales orders draw on budget and approved items; the Quote Module prices guestrooms and public areas for a renovation or a new build.

Who: purchasing firm or supplier, owner.

  5. 05

    Purchase

Purchase orders that can only hold what was approved.

Pick the manufacturer: only their approved items are offered, priced from the accepted quote, and the issued PO keeps its numbers.

    Who: purchasing firm.

    Deliver

    From ordered to installed.

Every shipment is tracked on the item it belongs to: ordered, shipped, landed, delivered to site. In-transit quantities come straight from the ERP.

    Who: logistics, contractor.

EVERYONE INSIDE

Solutions by role

One project. Every company inside. Each in its own lane.

  • Owner & brand

Sees cost, price and margin side by side, across the portfolio.

Never has to ask anyone for the current number.

  • Design firm

Specifies, issues spec books and schedules, approves the design.

Never sees your cost or your markup.

  • Purchasing firm

Runs RFQs, compares offers, approves costs, issues purchase orders.

Never overrides a design or client approval.

  • Manufacturers

Answer only the RFQs addressed to them, in their own portal.

    Never see a competitor’s offer.

  • General contractor

Reads approved specs and quantities by floor and by room.

Never edits a spec or a commercial document.

  • Works with exactly the permissions of the person asking.

Never approves a cost. It can’t.

ONE RECORD

Live data and issued documents

Each step reads what the previous one produced, so nobody re-keys a number. In-transit quantities come straight from the ERP.

Every issued estimate, sales order and PO keeps its numbers. Revisions are numbered and kept. Spec books, schedules and exports are generated in the background on serverless infrastructure.

BRAND STANDARDS

The standards library

Specs refined on one hotel (codes, drawings, approved suppliers) become the next one’s starting catalog, and corrections reach live projects.

Every spec carries its drawings, finishes and quantity rule, and starts from your standards library.

BOOK A DEMO

Sit in the owner’s seat. Then in a manufacturer’s.

We’ll set up demo accounts for you and the people you’d want in the room (your designer, your purchasing lead, your contractor) on a full sample project.
